PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Internet Banking, Google and Apple Pay.
If paying by way of internet banking, please use the reference number given at time of purchase for your deposit also your last name. Once funds are cleared we will courier your items to your nominated delivery address. This must be a physical street address, not a PO Box.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Delivery is generally 1-3 business days after dispatch. Free delivery is only available for the North and South Islands of New Zealand, outside of these areas extra charges will apply. Urgent delivery is available please contact us for details.
Your goods will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.(unless out of stock) Online sales will be actioned and goods dispatched Monday – Friday so if you purchase after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend your purchase will be actioned on Monday. If you order on a public holiday, your order will be processed on the next available working day.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. If your purchased item is out of stock we will notify you and your product will be sent as soon as stock arrives.
The photos of the kits are an indication of what is in each kit; please refer to the lists of items on each kit page for the correct list of items in each kit, and therefore due to stock availability we reserve the right to exchange any item for one of equal or better quality.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please order carefully as once an order has been placed you cannot cancel it, Refunds are available in special circumstances, any refunds are at the discretion of LifePac Survival Kits, refunds are not available for change of mind.

Returns policy:
At Lifepac we are committed to delivering you a quality product that will help save you or your family’s life. If you have any issues with items you receive they must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt via email. Please contact us at info@lifepac.co.nz before the item is returned so as we can inform you of where to send the item and make arrangements for refund/credit or replacement.
Hygiene items such as face masks or personal hygiene items are non returnable.
Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which they were received. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package them for return to prevent damage to the items or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service or courier that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. (Any returns outside of faulty items are subject to handling and restocking fees) We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
WEBSITE PAYMENT SECURITY
Where a credit card is used for payment, we do not store full credit card details, or even have access to view full credit card numbers.
Our website uses 'Stripe' for credit card payment processing.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
We process sales in New Zealand Dollars.
