SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Delivery of goods can approximately take up to 30 business days (subject to stock availability). Generally 2-7 business days if goods are in stock. Delivery is only available for the North and South Islands of New Zealand, outside of these areas extra charges will apply.

GOODS ON OUR WEBSITE
The photos of the kits are an indication of what is in each kit; please refer to the lists of items on each kit page for the correct list of items in each kit, and therefore due to stock availability we reserve the right to exchange any item for one of equal or better quality.

1.1    You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. [However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible only if you have registered.]

2.1    You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.

3.SITE UPTIME
3.1    We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

3.2    This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

8.CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1    Please order carefully as once an order has been placed you cannot cancel it, or refund it for change of mind only if item is faulty.

9.PAYMENTS / REFUNDS
9.1    Returns policy:

(a)    At Lifepac we are committed to delivering you a quality product that will help save you or your family’s life.  If you have any issues with items you receive they must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt via email.  Please contact us at info@lifepac.co.nz before the item is returned so as we can inform you of where to send the item and make arrangements for refund/credit or replacement.

(b)    Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which they were received. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package them for return to prevent damage to the items or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service or courier that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error, Hygiene items such as face masks or personal hygiene items are non returnable.

9.2    We process sales in New Zealand Dollars.
